I equaled my current low this morning: 164.8. I'm happy to see that number again, but I have little confidence that I'll be significantly past it anytime soon.
Thinking back, I've always had trouble in the 160s. I was in the 160s when I left college in 2002. I was also in the 160s when I tried Weight Watchers again in 2004. I stopped my last bout with paid Weight Watchers when I'd been on it for a couple of months and had no progress out of the 160s.
This time it's different. The scale isn't moving, but I have no plans to give up. If I keep doing what I'm doing, it WILL move. It will! I just need to be patient and follow my plan.
