I seem to be solidly in the 160s. Lucy and I did a short 30 minute walk this morning (I'll do my 38 minute run tomorrow, hopefully at the park).
I weighed in this morning at 167.6, past the halfway point to my goal.
It's amazing to think that on Tuesday I had lost only a pound in the entire month. I was frustrated and casting around for ways to up my rate of weight loss. Looking at the current (2009) Weight Watchers program (I've been using the 2001 program), I realized that I was eating 3-4 points below what my target should be. I increased my points by a few (call it the equivalent of an additional 200 calories/day). All of a sudden I'm down 4 pounds for the month. I might make it to 5 at this rate.

Good job! It's always amazing when you can eat more and lose more, hey? And congrats on the 38 minute run! I did my 5km on Tues in 32:50, and getting ready for the 10km race on Aug 23rd! Yikes!
