I've got a 5k this weekend, so I think I'm going to redo W8 of OHR (One Hour Runner) next week.
This week I'm going to run 30 minutes on Monday and Wednesday.
This morning's 30 minutes would have been easier if the heat hadn't returned. The middle school marquee said 80° and there was no hint of a breeze. Yuck.
In other news, I'm down to a new low of 165.6 this morning. I doubt it'll stick for my weigh in tomorrow, but I'm pretty confident that I've lost more than last week.
